The Contractor May Use The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Product That Meets The Technical And Quality Requirements And Has Functional Properties No Worse Than Those Specified In The Ordering Partys Documentation, With Preference For More Favorable Parameters That Meet The Same Quality, Functional And Technical Requirements Of The Indicated One, And Has Functional Properties That Meet The Requirements Specified For The Item Described In The Ordering Partys Documentation.
