The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Office Supplies And Photocopier Paper According To The Table In Swz.1. The Delivery Of Materials Will Be Carried Out Successively On The Order Sent By E-Mail By An Employee Of The Technical Department.2. The Size Of Individual Deliveries Will Be Specified Each Time In The Order.3. Individual Orders Must Be Completed Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Sending The Order By The Ordering Party.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Materials To The Seat Of The Rybnik City Hall At Ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 2 And At Ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 8 And Place It In The Indicated Storage Place.5. Payment Will Be Made On The Basis Of Partial Invoices Issued By The Contractor For Each Batch Of Materials Delivered.6. The Remuneration Will Be Settled Using The Unit Prices Included In Annex 1 To The Swz - Offer Form And Will Result From The Actual Demand For Materials And Will Not Exceed The Value Of The Contract.7. The Ordering Party Will Specify The Colors Of Individual Assortments Of Office Supplies In Each Order.8. The Specific Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Minimum Requirements, Which Means That The Contractor Can Offer Goods With Better Technical Parameters.9. All Delivered Materials Must Be In The Manufacturers Original Packaging, Specifying The Parameters Of The Delivered Materials In Polish.10. If The Goods Do Not Meet The Requirements Specified In The Specification, The Contractor Undertakes To Replace Them Within 2 Business Days.11. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Amount Of Materials In Individual Assortments.12. The Actual Order Quantities Of Individual Materials May Differ From Those Specified In The Swz And Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.13. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Goods From Items 3, 42, 64, 138, 278, 307, As Provided By Their Manufacturers, But Not Shorter Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery Of The Devices To The Ordering Partys Headquarters.14. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of The Contract In The Amount Of 50% Of The Gross Contract Value (Unless The Contract Is Terminated Or Terminated Based On The Circumstances Described In The Swz).
