1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of The Task Titled: Relaxation And Fun Space At Primary School No. 9 At Ul. Rzepakowa 7/9 In Toruń - Part Ii.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Demolition Of The Concrete Surface, Bicycle Racks And Concrete Flower Pots, 2) Construction Of A Concrete Pavement With Substructure And Edges, 3) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, 4) Installation Of External Lamps With Power Cabling, 5) Construction Of A Lawn With A Flower Bed. 3. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Piotr Wiorek, Running A Business Under The Name: Architekt Piotr Wiorek; Components Of The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction And Horticultural Art, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform The Work, Taking Into Account The Implementation And Application Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Provisions Of The Contract Template. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements For Contractors Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting An Annex To The Swz.5. Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Of Persons Performing The Following Activities Related To Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: Physical Activities And Operation Of Machines In General Construction And Electrical Works. 6. Details Regarding Employment Requirements Based On The Employment Relationship Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting An Annex To Swz7. Provisions Regarding Equivalent Solutions Are Regulated By Point 6 Of The Swz.
