1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Odnowa Zabawa - Modernization Of The Playground Located On The Premises Of Primary School No. 15 At Ul. Paderewskiego 5/11 In Toruń.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Demolition Works Related To The Dismantling Of Existing Equipment And Earthworks, Such As Drainage, Demolition Of The Existing Surface And Fences, Construction Of A Safe Polyurethane-Rubber Surface On A Base Finished With A Concrete Edge, 2) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements Such As An Information Board, A Bench Without A Backrest, A Multi-Function Device, A Swing. 3. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Piotr Bielecki, Running A Business Under The Name: X-Bud Piotr Bielecki; Components Of The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction Practice, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform The Work, Taking Into Account The Implementation And Application Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Provisions Of The Contract Template. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements For The Contractor Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting An Annex To The Swz.5. Provisions Regarding Equivalent Solutions Are Specified In Point 6 Of The Swz.
