1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Super Pitch - Revitalization Of The Sports Pitch At Ul. Donimirskiego No. 7 In Toruń.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Demolition Works - Basketball Hoops, Fencing, Construction Of The Substructure And Polyurethane Surface Of The Pitch, Finished With Concrete Edges, Delivery And Installation Of Ball Catches, Metal Gates And Construction Of Carpet Lawns, 2) Pitch Equipment - Delivery And Installation Of A Board With Regulations, Football Goals, Basketball Hoops, Benches And A Waste Bin. 3. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Cezary Sowiński, Running A Business Under The Name: Sowiński Studio Architektury Cezary Sowiński; Components Of The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Laws, Standards, Construction Practice And Horticultural, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform The Work, Taking Into Account The Implementation And Application Of Measures Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Provisions Of The Contract Template.4.
