Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services For Kindergarten No. 2 In Andrychów

5.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services With Individual Dietary Recommendations: - For Kindergarten No. 2 In Andrychów, Located At Ul. Metalowcy 8 - For Children 3-6 Years Old - A Full Set: Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Soup And Main Course With Compote, Afternoon Tea. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party On The First Day Of The Month: September 2026, November 2026, January 2027, March 2027, May 2027, July 2027 Washing Agents Intended For The Catering Dishwasher-Steamer In The Quantity 5 Liters. In The Event Of A Breakdown Of The Dishwasher-Steamer During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Lend The Dishwasher-Steamer To The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Various Portions Of Fruit/Vegetables, I.E. One Day It Is E.G. Apples, The Next Day It Is Vegetables, Tangerines Or Other Seasonal Fruit. The Portion Cannot Be Less Than 100 G Of Fruit/Vegetables. The Fruit/Vegetables Provided Should Be Fresh And Nutritious. 5.3 The Contractor Will Deliver Meals On Individual Feeding Days In Accordance With The Order Of Sets For The Kindergarten Given In The Swz. If There Are More Feeding Days In A Given Month, Subsequent Sets Will Be Issued, Starting With The First One On The List. Once A Week (Friday) A Meatless Dish Is Served (Other Or Additional Days With Meatless Dishes May Be Arranged). 5.4 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Correct The Menu By The Seventh Day Of Each Month In Writing. 5.5 The Ordering Party Provides For The Following Number Of Days Of Meals Under This Order: Per Day, The Kindergarten Should Be Provided With 100 Breakfasts, 100 Second Breakfasts, 100 Lunches (Second Course With Compote), 100 Soups, 100 Afternoon Snacks. In The 2026/2027 School Year, 115,500 Portions Should Be Provided, I.E. 100 Breakfasts X 231 Days, 100 Second Breakfasts X 231 Days, 100 Lunches X 231 Days, 100 Soups X 231 Days And 100 Afternoon Snacks X 231 Days. 5.6 The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Meals Delivered On Particular Days May Vary. 5.7 The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Number Of Meals Required To Be Delivered No Later Than 8:10 A.M. Every Day. The Number Of Meals Will Vary Depending On Childrens Attendance. The Contractor Cannot Submit Any Claims For A Change In The Number Of Meals Or A Change In The Number Of Days Planned To Provide The Service, And This Cannot Be The Basis For Changing The Terms Of The Contract. 5.8 All Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Legal Regulations And The Following Requirements: 5.8.1 The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), Including The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, 5.8.2 The Order Of Implementation Of The Sets And Their Combinations Will Be Determined By The Contractor In Consultation With The Ordering Party (Diver
