4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Former School In Różaniec Młodych For The Purposes Of Creating A Social Activity Center Along With Land Development As Part Of The Revitalization Project In The Tarnogród Commune - Stage Ii. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of The Facility To Provide Day Care For Seniors, A Meeting Place For Associations And Young People. 2) Renovation Of Rooms In The Residential Part For The Purpose Of Providing Supported Housing. 3) Reconstruction Of The Communication System - Ensuring Accessible And Safe Communication For Pedestrians And Vehicles, Along With Providing A Fire Route For The Facility. 4) Reconstruction And Construction Of New Area Infrastructure, Including A Storm Sewage System With Tanks For Collecting Rainwater, A Water Supply System With External Hydrants, And Area Lighting. 5) Construction And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements. 6) Land Development, Planting Plants. 7) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Facilitys Rooms - Sanitary And Technical Equipment, Permanent Furniture. 8) Adaptation Of The Facility And The Development Of The Area To The Needs Of Disabled People And Current Hygiene And Sanitary Requirements As Well As Fire Protection. 9) Conducting Earthworks Under Constant Archaeological Supervision, And In The Event Of Discovering Relics Of Historical Buildings Or Cultural Layers, Suspend Construction Works And Perform Emergency Archaeological Research In Order To Fully Uncover And Document The Discoveries. 10) Obtaining A Conservation Permit To Carry Out Archaeological Supervision. 11) Development And Agreement With The Competent Commander Of The State Fire Service Of Fire Safety Instructions For The Rebuilt Building. 12) Obtaining A Decision From The Competent Construction Supervision Authority Regarding The Permit To Use The Building. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Inventory Of The Facility And Area, Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Application Documentation, Technical Designs, Equipment List; 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb); 3) Bills Of Quantities; 4) Conservators Opinion. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractors Valuation Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1) And Stwiorb. Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bills Of Quantities Or Of Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bills Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point
