The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E, To 4 Gas Consumption Points, For The Needs Of Facilities Owned By The Rzeszów Regional Development Agency S.A. Located On The Premises Of Ppn-T Aeropolis In Jasionka. The Forecast Demand For Gas Fuel During The Term Of The Contract Is: 1,928,368 Kwh. The Projected Consumption Is Used Only For Comparison Of Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas In The Given Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Volume Of Deliveries. Settlement Of Liabilities Arising From The Sale And Distribution Of Gas Fuel Will Be Based On Actual Readings From Measurement And Settlement Systems. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Swz, I.E. Significant Provisions Of The Contract. The Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Contract Are Set Out In: Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract. The Contract Will Be Implemented Over A Period Of 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Commencement Of Gas Sales Under This Order, I.E. From January 1, 2027.
