The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of New Condensing Units For Air Conditioning And Ventilation At The Emigration Museum In Gdynia, At Ul. Polska 1. The Aim Is To Replace The Existing, Worn-Out And Faulty Condensing Units With New Ones, Thus Ensuring Further Efficient And Failure-Free Operation Of The Air Conditioning And Ventilation Systems In The Building. Internal Units, Exchangers And Installations With Fittings Are Not Subject To Replacement, Therefore, To Ensure The Technical And Functional Correct Operation Of All Devices (Newly Installed Units And Existing Internal Devices), It Is Necessary To Install Cooperating Devices. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: - Select Appropriate Replacement Devices, - Dismantle The Old Unit, - Dispose Of The Old Unit, - Deliver And Install A New Unit, - Commissioning Unit, - Performing Tightness Tests And Electrical Measurements, - Filling The System With Refrigerant, - Starting The Device In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guidelines, - Carrying Out Control Measurements (Including Current Consumption, Operating Temperature, Checking Pressures, Etc.) Aimed At Confirming That The Installation Achieves The Assumed Operating Parameters And Enables Proper Functioning And Operation Of The Installation. - Granting A 24-Month Warranty On The Subject Of The Order. The Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New And Meet The Legal Requirements For Admission To Trading On The Eu Market And Have All Necessary Approvals And Registration Certificates.
