Tenders Are Invited For Buying A Bus.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled: Purchase Of A Bus. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Bus Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026 With Min. Number Of Seats For 29 Passengers + Driver + Seat For The Pilot + 3 Standing Places In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In This Specification Of Terms Of Order, I.E.: • The Bus Must Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Legal Provisions In Force In Poland, Including In Particular: The Requirements Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended). • As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide Training In The Operation Of The Subject Of This Order, Along With Instructions For 2 Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Training Will Take Place At The Contractors Premises On The Day Of Acceptance. • The Bus Must Be Complete, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects. • The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party For The Vehicle And The Detailed Scope Of Delivery And Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Following Requirements: A) Meet All The Features Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order. B) Be Brand New, Free From Defects And In Accordance With Applicable Standards. C) Have A Complete Set Of Technical And Operational Documentation. The Ordering Party, On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New And Come From The Manufacturers Legal, Official Distribution Channel, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights, It Must Be Free From Physical Or Legal Defects, Compliant With Standards And Applicable Technical And Operational Requirements. The Entire Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Be New, Showing No Signs Of External Damage Or Previous Use, And Complete, I.E. Including All Accessories, Wires And Cables Necessary For Their Use. The Vehicle Must Be Accompanied By All Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle In The Republic Of Poland And Operating Instructions In Polish.4. Use Of Materials And Equivalent Devices: The Ordering Party Informs That The Types And Symbols Of Materials Or Devices Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Possible Names Of Their Manufacturers, Were Specified In Order To Specify The Parameters And Technical And Operational Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order.
