The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz On The Basis Of Which The Offer Cost Estimate Should Be Prepared. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Submit The Said Evidence In These Proceedings. If The Ordering Party Used The Markings Of Standards, Approvals, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Understood As Examples. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows For The Use Of Equivalent Solutions In Each Case.
