The Material Scope Covered By These Proceedings Includes Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Connector On The First Floor Between The Teaching Buildings, I.E., Among Others: 1) Earthworks; 2) Foundation Works; 3) Dismantling Works; 4) Bricking Up The Opening On The Ground Floor After Dismantling The Window; 5) Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Structure; 6) Construction Of A Covering With Thermal Insulation; 7) Construction Of A Floor; 8) Construction Of New Windows Aluminum;9) Thermal Insulation Of The Connector Walls;10) Lighting Inside The Connector;11) Replacement Of Thermal Insulation Of The Walls Of Teaching Building B On The First Floor;12) Construction Of A Balustrade In The Connector; 13) Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Including: Reconstruction Works. Attention !!!A) The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will Provide The Necessary Utilities (Including Electricity And Water) To Service The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Works. B) Due To The Fact That The Building Is In Constant Use And Will Remain So For The Duration Of The Works, As Well As Due To The Specificity Of The Facility, The Ordering Partys Requirement To Agree With The User Of The Facility On The Method And Sequence Of Carrying Out The Works Within The Framework Agreed Upon Before Signing The Contract With The Ordering Party Must Be Strictly Adhered To. Work Schedule. The Work Must Not Disrupt The Functioning Of The Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Them In Such A Way As To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, With Particular Emphasis On The Nature Of The Facility And The Safety Of Students Attending The School. C) In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Separate And Fence The Construction Site With A Temporary Fence, Mark The Area Of Works Being Carried Out, Ensure At Least Clear Markings Of Places With Temporary Difficulties, And Temporary Or Replacement Bypasses Of Existing Communication Routes Must Ensure Stability For People In Wheelchairs, People With Disabilities And People Attending The Facility.
