1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Public Nursery Garwoliński Świat Malucha And The Public Kindergarten No. 2 Pani Kleksas Academy, Implemented As Part Of The Kpo Task Entitled Public Nursery Garwoliński Świat Malucha And The Tasks Of The Masovian Voivodeship Entitled Construction Of The Public Kindergarten No. 2 Mr. Kleks Academy And The Public Nursery, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Permits Required In Accordance With The Construction Law (Including Obtaining, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Decision To Use The Building Facility Issued By The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Garwolin. 1.1. Investment Locationconstruction Of The Public Nursery Garwoliński Świat Malucha And Kindergarten No. 2 Akademia Pana Kleksa, Located In Garwolin At Al. Legionów, On Plots No. 883/1, 883/3, Registration Unit: 140301_1 Garwolin, Registration District: 11403011 City Of Garwolin. The Designed Building Is Located In The Southern Part Of Plot 883/1 Hardening Of The Area. The Above Plots Have Direct Access To The Public Road (Al. Legionów) Via The Existing Exit. 1.2. Description Of The Existing Condition. The Investment Area Includes A Playground And Three Buildings: Two Of Them Are Currently Used By A Kindergarten, While The Third One, Which Concerns The Opz, Remains In An Open Shell. The Investment Area Within The Planned Building Is Relatively Flat, Covered With Low And High Greenery. Bringing The Building To The Shell And Open State (Sso). The Body Of The Building Is Ready, Including The Foundations, The Supporting Structure Of The Building, The Masonry Structures, The Ceiling And The Flat Roof Without The Roof Covering And Without The Installation Of Windows And Doors. The Installation Works Have Been Partially Completed, Namely: The Under-Floor Sanitary Sewage System Has Been Laid With Outlets Outside The Building And The Electrical Installation Has Been Completed, With Preparations For Connecting The Lightning Protection System At The Request Of The Employer, A Gas And Water Supply Connection Was Made. The Gas Box Was Located In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment No. Opz.1, On The External Wall Of The Facility Under Construction, Which Was Moved Away From The Wall At A Distance Enabling The Installation Of A Thermal Insulation Layer. The Water Supply Connection Was Connected To The Location Of The Designed Water Meter Well, Location In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment No. Opz.1. Power Connection.1.3. Description Of The Planned Project. The Planned Project Concerns The Construction Of A Nursery And Kindergarten Building. The Building Will Be Divided Into Several Zones: - Public And Communication Zones, - 6. Playrooms With Sanitary Facilities For Preschool Children, - 3 Playrooms With Sanitary Facilities For Nursery Children, - Kitchen With Facilities, - Other Rooms.
