The Order Includes: Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Along Dw 861 At Km 12+907 - 13+085 On The Right Side Of The Road, With A Bituminous Surface With Reconstruction Of Drainage (Including Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System), Construction Of A Bus Bay, Construction Of A Sewer And Paving Stone Gauge, Reconstruction Of Exits And Accompanying Infrastructure (Gas Pipeline). The Investment Is Being Implemented Based On The Zrid Decision, Therefore No Later Than On The Day Of Final Acceptance, The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Documents And Declarations Required By Art. 57 Of The Construction Law In Order To Obtain An Occupancy Permit Or No Objection To The Notification Of Completion Of Construction Works, Including: Drawings With Changes Along With The Classification Of Changes In Accordance With Art. 36B Pb, Declarations Of The Construction Manager, Surveyors Statement And Geodetic Inventory With Confirmation Of Admission To The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource. In The Event Of Changes To Solutions Classified As Insignificant Changes, The Contractor Will Obtain An Appropriate Classification From The Designer Responsible For The Authors Supervision. The Contractor Will Clear The Road Lane Of Bushes And Remove All Trees That Will Interfere With The Investment. The Contractor Will Clear The Trees. The Wood Obtained By The Contractor (Excluding Bushes, Stumps, Stumps) Is The Property Of The Ordering Party. It Will Be Possible For The Contractor To Issue An Invoice After The Ordering Party Obtains A Resolution - Consent Of The Podkarpackie Voivodeship Board To Sell The Wood.
