The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Material And Price Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Material And Price Form Constitutes The Content Of The Offer. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 6.
