Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services In The Field Of Transporting Students To Schools In The Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Transporting And Transporting Students To/From The Complex Of Educational Institutions In Gołymin-Ośrodek And The Branch School In Gostków In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027, Excluding The Statutory Periods Of School Holidays And Holidays • As Of May 27, 2026, Transport Covered There Are A Total Of 286 Students. This Number May Change During The Order Processing Period. • The Contractor Will Execute The Order As Part Of Regular Passenger Transport In Public Collective Transport Pursuant To The Act Of December 16, 2010 On Public Collective Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2011, Item 5, As Amended). • On The Day Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Permit (Confirmed To Be A True Copy Of The Original) For Regular Passenger Transport In Domestic Road Transport. • The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using Means Of Transport That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Road Transport Act And Ensure An Appropriate Number Of Seats For Each Transport Route. • The Services Covered By The Order Are To Be Provided By Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport School Children, Meeting All Safety And Highway Code Requirements, Operated By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations To Provide These Services. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Send The Above-Mentioned Means Of Transport For Additional Technical Tests Carried Out At The Diagnostic Station Indicated By The Ordering Party, Under The Supervision Of Authorized Employees Of The Commune Office. • The Contractor Must Provide Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions For The Transported Students And Insure The Vehicles And Children During Transport Against Damage That May Arise In Connection With The Execution Of The Order. • Transporting Children To Schools And Dropping Them Off Will Take Place In Accordance With The Schedule Established By The Director Of The Educational Facilities Complex. • The Care Of Students During Transport Is Organized And Provided By The Ordering Party.
