The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Brand New Digital Pcr System (Droplet Digital Pcr), Including A Unit With Modules For Partitioning The Reaction Mixture, Amplification, Fluorescence Reading And A Separate Thermal Cycler Unit, As Well As A Station For Collecting And Analyzing Results With Software Intended For Absolute Quantification Of Dna, In Particular: • Low-Copy Dna, • Degraded Dna, • Dna From Environmental Samples, In Particular Including Those Containing Pcr Reaction Inhibitors. The System Must Be Complete, Ready For Operation And Contain All Necessary Hardware And Software Components. The Order Also Includes Training For The Ordering Party. All Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Parameters Of The Device And System Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.
