A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Configuration, Commissioning And Commissioning Of Brand New Ups Uninterrupted Power Supply Devices Together With Batteries, As Well As The Performance Of Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The System, Divided Into 4 Tasks, Which Are Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 To Swz. B) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Elements Necessary For The Proper Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of The Devices (Concerning The Implementation Of Tasks 1-4), In Particular: - Cables, - Connectors, - Mounting Elements, - Security, - Connection Strips, - Construction Elements, - Installation Markings. These Elements Must Ensure Full Functionality And Operational Safety Of The System. C) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, For Each Task. D) The Ordering Party Informs That It Requires On-The-Job Training For The Ordering Partys Technical Staff (For Each Task), Which Includes: Operation Of The Ups Device, Basic Diagnostics And Operating Procedures. All Information Regarding The Instructions Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Draft Contract, Annex No. 4 To The Swz. E) The Ordering Party Requires At Least 24-Month Warranty For The Delivered Equipment And Work Performed, But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty. The Warranty Period Runs From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report, Which Does Not State Any Defects Or Deficiencies. F) The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Described In The Order Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law.
