Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Equipment, Devices And Teaching And Therapeutic Aids For Public Kindergartens In Jelenia Góra As Part Of The Project Entitled: Preschoolers Academy
The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Therapeutic Aids (Part I) - Respectively To The Following Kindergartens, For Which The Managing Body Is The City Of Jelenia Góra, Located In Jelenia Góra, Supported Under The Project Entitled: Preschoolers Academy, I.E.: 1. Municipal Kindergarten No. 4 Ul. Krasickiego 6, 58-500 Jelenia Góra,2. Municipal Kindergarten No. 13 Ul. Karłowicza 13, 58-506 Jelenia Góra,3. Municipal Kindergarten No. 19 Named After Winnie The Pooh Ul. Kurpińskiego 2, 58-506 Jelenia Góra, The Delivery Is To Be Made In The Above-Mentioned Area. Educational Units. Whenever The Procurement Documents And Announcement Mention Equipment, It Should Include Devices/Equipment/Teaching, Therapeutic And Specialized Aids, Software, Etc., In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of A Given Part. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Provide Equipment With Technical Parameters (Features, Properties) And In Quantities In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To Volume Iii Of The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To The Kindergartens In Jelenia Góra In Question Above;2) Deliver The Equipment (In Packages) To The Jelenia Góra Kindergartens Referred To Above - In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To Volume Iii Of The Swz (Delivery Addresses), To The Place Indicated By The Representative Of The Ordering Party/Educational Entity;3) Provide The Ordering Party With Operating Instructions Or User Manuals In Polish And Provide The Designated Persons From The Representative Of The Ordering Party/Educational Entity With The Necessary Information On The Operation Of The Given Equipment (If Applicable);4) Provide Warranty Cards To The Ordering Party (If Applicable). The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Specification Of Procurement Conditions Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Annexes.
