As Part Of The Investment Task, Construction Works Should Be Carried Out Related To The Renovation Of The Premises Of The Sp Zoz Addiction Prevention And Therapy Center, Consisting Of Preparatory Works For Painting Walls And Ceilings, Laying Gypsum Plasters, Priming, Double Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, Tearing Off Plastic Floors, Laying A Leveling And Smoothing Layer, Laying Tubular Plastic Floors, Welding Carpets, Dismantling Fixtures. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Following Documents: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 9), 2) Technical Design - Renovation Of Rooms (Annex No. 10), 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 11), 4) Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 12). Note: The Bill Of Quantities Is Of Auxiliary Nature Only. Bearing In Mind That In This Procedure A Lump Sum Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Adopted, The Contractor Will Prepare An Offer Only On The Basis Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Design, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Constituting Annexes To The Swz.4.
