Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A School Bus To Transport Students To Schools Run By The Rościszewo Commune - Procedure 2

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New School Bus Intended For Transporting Children And School Youth, Including People With Disabilities, Along With Equipment, Documentation And Preparation Of The Vehicle For Registration And Use. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Minimum Technical Requirements, Vehicle Equipment And Requirements For Adapting The Bus To Transport People With Disabilities Are Set Out In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Offered Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Meet The Requirements Arising From: 3.1. Road Traffic Law, 3.2. Implementing Regulations Regarding Technical Conditions Of Vehicles, 3.3. Regulations Regarding The Approval Of School Buses, 3.4. Regulations Regarding The Transport Of People With Disabilities. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Bus Offered Must Have Approval Appropriate For The Type Of Vehicle Offered And Be Prepared For Registration In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 5. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Opz, Provided That The Technical, Quality, Functional And Operational Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified By The Ordering Party. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Office Together With A Set Of Documents Required For Registration, Operating Instructions, Warranty Documentation, Approvals, Approvals And Certificates Required By Law.
