The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of Solutions Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity As Part Of The Cybersecure Commune Of Kamienna Góra Project As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Program Financed By European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Action 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Subject Of The Order Or Solutions And Includes In Particular The Supply Of Hardware, Licenses, Software, Implementation, Configuration, Warranty And Maintenance Services And Technical Support, In Accordance With The Opz. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Delivered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Third-Party Rights And Consistent With The Requirements Specified In The Opz. The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery, Assembly, Installation, Configuration And Implementation Of The Elements Indicated In The Opz.
