1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Civil Defense Warehouse, Which Includes The Scope Of: 1) Construction Of A Civil Defense Warehouse With Social Facilities, Which Is Intended Primarily To Create A Base For Storing Equipment Owned By The City Of Kwidzyn, 2) Social Facilities Will Be Used To Conduct Training, Meetings And Conferences In The Event Of Appointing A Crisis Team, As Well As For People Scheduled For Evacuation. It Is Necessary To Separate 5 Storage Rooms And A Separate Social Zone (Locker Rooms - For 50 People, Office Rooms - For 100 People, Kitchen, Sanitary Facilities For 100 People, Meeting Room - For 100 People, Etc.), 3) Supply The Building With All Necessary Utilities (Water, Sewage, Electricity), Distribute All Installations And Ventilation Inside, 4) Build An Access Road From Ul. The Study Area Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan - Resolution No. Xiii/83/2007 Of The Kwidzyn Commune Council Of December 14, 2007 On The Local Spatial Development Plan For Real Estate Located In The Areas Of Dankowo And Górki.3. Ordering Partys Requirements: 1) The Design Documentation Should Include Industry Studies To The Extent Necessary To Carry Out The Investment, I.E. Road Design, Drainage, Lighting And Other Connections, If Necessary. 2) The Documentation Should Be Agreed With The Owners Of Areas Not Owned By The Ordering Party, With The Network Administrators And At The Coordination Meeting. 3) It Will Be Required To Prepare A Development Concept For The Area Through Which The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Will Run, For Approval By The Ordering Party. 4) The Contractor Will Regularly Agree With The Ordering Party On All Proposed Material And Functional Solutions.5) The Documentation May Include Industry Studies To The Extent Necessary To Remove Conflicts With The Existing Infrastructure, Agreed With The Network Managers.6) When Preparing The Design Documentation, The Standards For The Protection Of Trees And Other Forms Of Greenery Protection In The Investment Process Must Be Respected - Ordinance No. 179/2025 Of The Mayor Of Kwidzyn Of February 6, 2025 On The Adoption And Implementation Standards For The Protection Of Greenery In Kwidzyn.7) The Electronic Form Of Documentation Should Be Saved In Pdf Format And In Source File Formats (E.G.: *.Doc, *.Docx, *.Xls, *.Xlsx, *.Kst, *.Dwg, *.Dxf, Etc.).8) The City Of Kwidzyn Has Started To Develop The Municipal Climate Change Adaptation Plan For The City Of Kwidzyn, Therefore, At The Stage Of Conceptual Design, Solutions Aimed At Increasing The Water Absorption Area Should Be Taken Into Account Rainwater.9) The Contractor Is Allowed
