The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For The Kitchen Of The Borowiaczek Local Government Kindergarten In Śliwice, Necessary To Prepare Meals, Free Of Charge, Using The Contractors Own Transport. The Ordering Party Has The Right Not To Use The Full Estimated Value Of The Order During The Period Of Contract Implementation. The Demand For Food Products Depends On The Number Of People Using Supplementary Meals, Which Is Difficult To Estimate At The Moment. The Detailed Range Of Products Is Included In The Price Forms (Appendix No. 1A). Requirements For The Contractor:• The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions For The Subject Of The Order.• Detailed Quality Requirements For The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Price Forms Attached To The Swz.• Due Diligence Is Required In The Implementation Of The Contract Obligations.• Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Contractors Appointed Representative.• The Contractor Will Specify Contact Telephone Numbers And Fax Numbers As Well As Other Arrangements Necessary For Efficient And Timely Execution Of The Order.• The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
