Karmelkowa 25 Mcus In Wrocław.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Marked With The Cpv Code: 32323500-8 Video Surveillance Equipment, 32333100-7 Video Recorders, 32333200-8 Video Cameras, 45310000-3 Electrical Installation Works; 45314310-7 Installing Computer Cabling, 45312200-9 Installing Closed-Circuit Television System. 3. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Dismantling Of Existing Analog Bnc Cameras And Cctv System Devices (80 Points); 2) Delivery And Installation Of New Analog Bnc Cameras On The Existing Coaxial Cabling And New Recorders (80 Points) Along With Power Supplies For The Cameras; 3) Delivery, Assembly And Configuration Of A New Video Monitoring System In Ip Technology; 4) Installation Of New Cabling (Lan Structured Cabling Min. Cat. 5E); 5) Installation Of 33 New Cameras In Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party;6) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Submission When Signing The Acceptance Protocol;7) Granting A Warranty And Warranty Service For The Period Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form (Extension Of The Warranty Period Is One Of The Tender Evaluation Criteria);8) Training The Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The System.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Ordered Goods, Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which, As Annex No. 3, Is An Integral Part Of The Swz.5. All Works Related To The Comprehensive Modernization Of The Video Monitoring System Will Be Performed At The Dps At Ul. Karmelkowa 25 Of The Municipal Social Services Center In Wrocław.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Agreement.7. In Cases Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By The Ordering Party By Reference To The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law And Art. 101 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act - The Ordering Party Hereby Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Reference In The Procurement Documents Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 8.
