The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Municipal And Municipal Center For Culture, Sports And Tourism In Siewierz, The Municipal And Municipal Public Library And The Wedding Hall At Ul. Słowackiego 2A And At Ul. Plac Wojska Polskiego 11 In Siewierz. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz), Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Includes In Particular: 1) Improvement Of The Buildings Insulation, Including: On Replacing Windows And Doors, Insulating External Partitions And Spaces Between Heated And Unheated Zones, Carrying Out Construction And Renovation Works Inside The Building After Replacing External Woodwork, 2) Renovation Of The Roof, 3) Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People, 4) Demolition Of External Terraces And Stairs And Construction And Renovation Of External Stairs, 5) Construction Of Two Elevators To The Facility, 6) Development Of The Area Around The Facility Including Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs, Construction Lawns, Replacing Paving On Pedestrian Routes, Laying Surfaces With Openwork Slabs And Constructing Parking Spaces. 3. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: A) Provide Access To Existing Facilities And Institutions. Work Should Be Secured Taking Into Account The Presence Of Employees, Users And Visitors.
