3.3. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Adaptation Of The Building Of Public Kindergarten No. 5 In Brzeg At Ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino 1 To The Requirements Of Fire Protection Regulations. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others: - Wall Demolition Works As Well As Bricking And Correction Of Openings, - Installation Of Metal Fire-Resistant Doors Eis60, - Installation Of Wooden Fire-Proof Doors Eis30, - Installation Of Single-Leaf Profile Entrance Doors With A Door Closer, - Installation Of The Fire Roller Shutter Control Unit, - Installation Of Ei Roller Shutters 60, Works Related To The Protection Of The Facility And Its Elements, Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste,  Together With All Accompanying Works Related To The Execution Of Construction Works. The Material Scope Of The Task Is Determined By The Design Documentation Consisting Of The Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Executive Drawings With The Material Scope For Stage Ii Construction Works And An Auxiliary Document, Which Is The Bill Of Quantities For Stage Ii Construction Works. The Ordering Party Has All The Decisions And Permits Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site In A Way That Prevents Access By Unauthorized Persons. If Necessary, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Works Without Excluding The Facility From Use, To Protect The Pp5 Building Against Damage And To Ensure Safe Access To The Facility And Safe Use Of The Facility During Construction/Installation Works. The Ordering Party Informs That In July Pp 5 Will Be Closed And The Contractor Should Expect To Perform Burdensome Construction Works At That Time (Piercing, Replacing Doors, Etc.). The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Construction Permit Decision No. 9/24 Of January 17, 2024 And The Resolution Of Wpz.52840.83.2023 Of November 28, 2023 Of The Opole Provincial Commander. If Any Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Appear In The Swz, Design Documentation Or Bill Of Quantities, They Determine The Minimum Quality Standard Of Materials Or Devices Accepted For Valuation.
