1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of A Multi-Family Residential Building In The Municipality Of Nowa Ruda Along With Accompanying Works As Part Of The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Project. Thermal Modernization Of A Residential Building Located At Ul. Cichej 3 In Nowa Ruda. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Includes Thermal Modernization Of External Walls, Replacement Of Windows And Doors And A Number Of Works Resulting From Changing The Thickness Of The External Partition And The Color Of The Facility Using Renewable Energy Sources.2. General Remarks: 1) The Contractors Liability Under The Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Order Will End After A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. If The Installed Materials And/Or Devices Require Periodic Warranty Inspections, The Contractor Will Perform Them Free Of Charge As Part Of The Warranty Granted. The Warranty Also Includes Free Replacement And Installation Of Consumables. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Current Permits, Arrangements, Technical Conditions For Connections, Administrative Decisions And Other Documents, Studies, Etc. That Are Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract Along With The Costs Of Obtaining Them. 3) The Contractor Should Adopt The Basis For The Valuation On Its Own, So That The Scope Of Work Included In The Valuation Ensures The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Manner Specified In The Swz And The Annexes Referred To In Point 3.4) In The Tender Procedure, The Ordering Party Accepted A Lump Sum Remuneration As A Form Of Remuneration. The Bills Of Quantities Constitute Only Auxiliary Material And Do Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Read In Conjunction With The Swz. Including Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. It Is Believed That The Contractor Has Carefully Read The Detailed Description Of The Works To Be Performed And The Method Of Performing Them.
