1) The Aim Of The Work Is To Convert Analog Cadastral Maps Into Vector Maps, Update Buildings And Improve The Quality Of The Land And Building Records In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 45 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of July 27, 2021 On The Land And Buildings Records. The Subject Of The Contract Described In These Technical Conditions Includes The Performance Of Surveying Works, Including Analyses, Comparisons, And Harmonization Of Data Contained In The Analog Material With The Data Contained In The Parallel Numerical Cadastral Map Related To Ensuring The Consistency Of Analog And Digital Data (Included In The Descriptive And Graphic Parts) Of The Land Records. In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Includes Field Measurements Of Buildings And Structures Permanently Associated With Them, Cartographic Studies Related To The Modification Of The Cadastral Map, Updating Of Buildings As Well As Updating Of Land Use In Built-Up And Urbanized Areas.
