Part 1 - Theater Classes - 6 Locations:1) Classes Will Be Held At The Addresses Indicated Below:A) Niemica 19, 76-142 Malechowo, B) Sulechowo 56A, 76-142 Malechowo,C) Kusice 8A, 76-142 Malechowo,D) Gorzyca 24A, 76-142 Malechowo,E) Przystawy 33A, 76-142 Malechowo,F) Malechowo 65B, 76-142 Malechowo.2) Classes Will Be Conducted For 480 Hours (45 Min.) From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until The End Of June 2027, For A Maximum Of 15 People In Each Location.3) Classes Will Be Held From Monday To Friday From 11.30 A.M. To 7.30 P.M. Adapted To The Opening Hours Of The Facilities, With The Proviso That On School-Free Days The Hours May Change (08.00 - 19.30), On Average 6 Hours A Month, In Each Facility In Blocks Of Min. 2 Hours. 4) Classes Should Be Adapted To The Age And Capabilities Of The Participants. 5) The Class Program Should Include Assumptions Related To The Development Of Teamwork, Communication And Emotion Expression Skills. Theater Classes Are Designed To Teach Children Cooperation In A Group, Responsibility For Common Tasks And Building Interpersonal Relationships. Ultimately, Children Should Strengthen Their Ability To Function In Society And Family, Be Able To Communicate Assertively And Resolve Conflicts Constructively.6) Immediately After Signing The Contract, The Lesson Program Should Be Submitted To The Head Of Day Care Facilities For Its Approval.3. Applies To All Parts Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Location Of The Classes If They Are Held In The Place Indicated In Section 3 Points 1) – 4 Points 1) Will Be Impossible. The New Place For The Classes Will Be Located In The Malechowo Commune.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Develop A Schedule Of Classes And Agree On It With The Head Of Daily Support Facilities (The Head Of Gops Approves The Schedule In Writing), B) Arrive At The Classes On Their Own On The Dates Set In The Schedule, C) Develop A Program Of Classes And Submit It To The Head Of Gops For Approval, D) Immediately Inform In The Event Of The Need To Make Changes To The Submitted Schedule Referred To In Points A, E) Keeping Current Documentation Related To The Implementation Of Classes (E.G. Class Diary). In Addition, Preparation Of Documentation Related To The Acquisition Of Competences, In Accordance With The Principles Of Their Verification And Confirmation, I.E.: Stage I - Scope - Indication Of The Target Group To Be Covered By Support And Selecting The Thematic Scope Of Support That Will Be Assessed, Stage Ii - Pattern - Will Have To Be Defined No Later Than Before The Start Of A Given Form Of Support And Implemented According To Standard Of Requirements, I.E.
