Market No. 7 In Tarnów, Including The Development Of The Yard, Located On Plot No. 5/2, District 0228. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of Construction And Executive Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Offer Cost Estimates; 2) Obtaining All Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Checks, Resolutions, Expert Opinions, Decisions, Etc. For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract; 3) Obtaining All Necessary Technical Conditions And/Or Their Updates In The Scope Of Reconstruction Existing Networks And Devices And Connecting The Building To The Network; 4) Performance Of The Full Scope Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Contract And The Obtained Decisions And Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Including: A) Renovation Of The Building Consisting In, Among Others, The Implementation Of Moisture And Waterproof Insulation, The Implementation Of A New Roof Truss, The Implementation Of New Walls And Brickwork, The Adaptation Of The Building For People With Disabilities, The Implementation Of A New Roof Covering From Titanium-Zinc Sheets, The Implementation Of Façade Works And Conservation, Installation And Finishing Works, B) Development Of The Buildings Yard; 5) Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory; 6) Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of A Set Of Documents Necessary To Report The Completion Of The Works Or Submit An Application For An Occupancy Permit (Including An Energy Performance Certificate, Fire Safety Instructions Along With Fire Protection Equipment And Markings, Etc.), No Later Than On The Day Of Reporting Readiness For Final Acceptance Of The Works; 7) Supervising Copyright.
