Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A School Bus To Transport Students To Schools Run By The City Of Siedlce

The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Bus Manufactured In 2026 With Min. Number Of Seats For 18 People, Including The Driver, Orange In Color, With Specialized Equipment (Adaptation For The Transport Of Disabled Persons) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In This Specification Of Terms Of Order, I.E.: • The Bus Must Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Legal Provisions For School Buses In Force In Poland, Including In Particular: The Requirements Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 Year Regarding The Technical Conditions Of The Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment, • As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor Will Conduct Training In The Operation Of The Subject Of This Order Along With Instructions For 2 (Two People) Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Training Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Premises On The Day Of Acceptance, • The Bus Must Be Complete, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, • The Ordering Partys Minimum Requirements For The Vehicle And The Detailed Scope Of Delivery And Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Draft Contract (Annex To The Swz) And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex To The Swz).1. The Contractor Should Read The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Carefully And In Detail, Paying Attention To Whether It Contains All The Information Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Provisions Of The Republic Of Poland In This Regard, Applicable Technical Standards, Typical Studies, Standards, Professional Ethics, While Maintaining Due Diligence And Achieving High Technical And Aesthetic Quality That Is Required For The Implementation Of The Entire Project Of The Contract As Well As The Implementation Of Individual Activities Resulting From Draft Contract, Within The Time Limit And On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract.2.
