1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Task Titled Development Of Design And Construction Documentation For The Expansion Of The Special School Complex In Erminów And The Construction Of A Hiding Place. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Preliminary Concept, Develop Bills Of Quantities And Detailed Investor Cost Estimates Along With A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As A Bioz Plan, Together With Submitting The Documents Required To Obtain A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And A Decision On A Building Permit, And Obtaining These Documents On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. The Task Also Includes Authors Supervision Over The Developed Design Documentation
