1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Transportation And Pickup Of Students To And From Schools In The Brzeziny Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year, Excluding School Holidays. The Services Subject To The Proceedings Will Be Provided To Students Of: - The Primary School In Dąbrówka Duża, - The Primary School In Gałkówko Kolonia, - The Primary School In Bogdanka.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Transport Services With Its Own Means Of Transport, On Individual Routes, According To The Agreed Timetable. The Routes On Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Transport Services Are Specified In Annex 1 To This Specification.3. The Total Number Of Students Transported To Schools And Back To Their Place Of Residence Is: 210 Students Per Day. This Number Is An Estimate And May Change During The Contract Period.4. Pursuant To Art. 5A Of The Act Of June 20, 1992 On The Entitlement To Discounted Travel In Public Collective Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 380), The Settlement Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Based On The List Of Monthly Tickets Sold. 5. The Basis For The Sale Of Monthly School Tickets Will Be Lists Of Students Names Containing Student Data And Transport Reports. The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To Update The Name List Of Students If Such A Circumstance Occurs And To Provide Them To The Contractor On The Terms Described In The Contract. 6. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Carried Out With Such A Number Of Buses As To Provide Seats For Each Student During Transport. Coaches Should Be No Older Than 2005, Technically Efficient, Approved For Traffic In Accordance With The Regulations On Passenger Traffic And Marked According To The Nature Of The Services Provided.7. The Estimated Daily Length Of The Routes Is 500 Km. The Specified Number Of Kilometers Does Not Include Buses From The Contractors Base To The Starting Points Of The Routes And Their Returns To The Base After Dropping Off The Students At Their Place Of Residence.8. The Contractor Cannot Cancel Any Course. In The Event Of A Failure Of The Means Of Transport Or Other Reasons, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Replacement Means Of Transport Without The Ordering Party Incurring Additional Costs Related Thereto. The Time Of Providing A Replacement Vehicle Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 9. In Order To Ensure Safety, The Contractor Will Provide Guardians On Individual Routes To Provide Care And Maintain Order During Transport. The Presence Of A Guardian Is Mandatory On Every Bus. 10. A Detailed Description Of The Routes And Departure And Arrival Times Are Included In Annex 1 To This Specification. Arrival And Departure Times Are Approximate And May Change Depending On The Opening Hours Of A Given School.11.
