1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To The Maintenance Of Flowerbeds And Flower Pots As Well As New Tree Plantings In The Bytom Commune.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Works During The Duration Of The Contract: A) Cleaning Flower Beds And Flower Pots, B) Watering And Maintaining Flower Beds And Flower Pots, C) Maintaining The Planting Of New Trees, 3. The Complex Of Tasks Covered By The Order Is The Fulfillment Of Obligations Related To Maintaining Cleanliness And Order On Public And Internal Roads Within The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Bytom, Imposed On The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 5 Section 4 Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 4.
