The Rebuilt Gas Boiler Room Will Be Used To Power: 1) The Central Heating Installation. Radiator In The Office Building2) Preparation Of Hot Utility Water To Supply Sanitary Utensils. Currently, In The Gas Boiler Room There Is A Cast Iron Gas Boiler With An Atmospheric Burner From Ferroli With A Capacity Of 100 Kw. Due To Wear And Tear, The Existing Cast Iron Boiler Will Be Dismantled And Replaced With A Cascade Of Two Condensing Gas Boilers With Closed Combustion Chambers. The Basic Operation Of The Gas Boiler Room Will Be Carried Out For The Maximum Parameters Of The Heating Medium 90/70 0C. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Boiler Room Technology: A) Dismantling Of Existing Devices. B) Installation Of New Devices, Including Condensing Boilers, Water Heaters And Accessories. C) Installation Of Pipelines. D) Carrying Out Tests And Commissioning. E) Carrying Out Construction And Renovation Works Within The Boiler Room. Gas Installation.3) Partial Reconstruction Of The Water Supply System.4) Partial Reconstruction Of The Central Heating Installation.5) Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation For The Operation Of The Boiler Room. Note 1 The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include The Dismantling Of Solar Panels Located On The Roof Of The Building And The Installation Of The Photovoltaic Installation Described In The Technical Design Of The Electrical Industry. Note 2 During The Period Of Installation Works In The Remaining Rooms Of The Ground Floor Of The Commune Office Building In Jedlicze, Renovation And Construction Works Will Also Be Carried Out By Another Contractor Under A Separate Contract.
