The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road At Km 25+290 - 26+580 On The Right Side In The Town Of Partynia, Including: • Demolition Of Existing Exits, • Demolition Of Existing Culverts Under The Exits, • Construction Of A Sidewalk On The Right Side Of The Provincial Road With A Width Of 1.80 M, • Reconstruction Of An Open Ditch By Covering It With A Pipeline • Regulation Of Slopes And Longitudinal Slopes, • Construction And Reconstruction Of Ordinary Exits, • Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs Colliding With The Road Under Construction And Its Elements, • Installing Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Road Safety Elements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Extend The Validity Dates Of Technical Conditions, Arrangements And Permits If Necessary. The Contractor Will Clear The Road Strip Of Bushes And Remove All Trees That Will Interfere With The Investment. The Contractor Will Cut Down The Trees. The Wood Obtained By Felling By The Contractor (Excluding Bushes, Stumps And Rootwood) Is The Property Of The Ordering Party. Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Purchase The Harvested Wood Based On The Issued Invoice. Before Felling, The Contractor Will Make An Inventory Of Trees - A Tabular Summary With Diameter Measurement And Species Classification. The Inventory Will Be Approved By The Ordering Partys Representative. The Contractor Will Measure The Harvested Wood Along With Its Species Classification. The Obtained Wood Raw Material Will Be Stacked So That The Quantity Can Be Confirmed By The Ordering Partys Representative. The Measurement Of Wood Raw Material Will Be Determined Based On The Study Tables Of Volume Of Standing Trees, M. Czuraj; B. Radwański; S. Strzemski, Pwril Warszawa 1960. The Price Of Raw Wood Is Determined On The Basis Of Price Lists In Force In The Relevant State Forest District, Assuming The Rate For 1M3 Of Wood Of The Established Assortment And Species. Storing And Securing The Wood Until The Invoice Is Paid Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contractor Will Protect The Wood Against Possible Theft And Damage. The Felling Of Trees And Shrubs Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Obtained Decisions.
