The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Separate Construction And Executive Documentation In All Industries, Together With The Function Of Authors Supervision For The Tasks Titled: Demonstrative Implementation Of The Sustainable Construction Model In The Facility Of The Special School Complex At Ul. Mickiewicza 12 In Skoczów - Building No. 10 And Comprehensive Energy Modernization In The Facility Of The Special School Complex At Ul. Mickiewicza 12 In Skoczów - Building No. 12.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Annex No. 3 To The Swz / Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Are Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Involving The Repetition Of Similar Services Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law In An Amount Not Exceeding 30% Of The Basic Order. The Orders Referred To Above Will Involve The Repetition Of Similar Services, Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Order, As It May Be Necessary To Increase The Scope Of Work Provided For In The Basic Order. Orders Involving The Repetition Of Similar Services Will Be Awarded If There Is A Justified Need For Them And Financial Resources Are Provided For This Purpose. The Scope Will Include Architectural, Structural And Installation Design As Well As Supervision Of The Prepared Documentation. These Orders Will Be Awarded On Terms And Conditions Analogous To Those Resulting From The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), Subject To Changes Strictly Related To The Specificity Of A Given Order And Resulting From Changes In Legal Provisions And Technical Standards, Or Changes In Price Factors That Took Place Between The Date Of Concluding The Contract On The Basic Order And The Date Of Concluding The Contract On A Similar Order.5.
