1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of A Precision Air Conditioning Installation With A Flood Detection System (Stage Ii) In The Premises Of The Company Archive Of The District Court In Bielsk Podlaski At Ul. 3 Maja 7, 17-100 Bielsk Podlaski, Hereinafter Referred To As The User. 2. The Scope Of This Order Only Includes The Implementation Of Precision Air Conditioning And Leak Detection Systems In Rooms No. 0/2, 0/4, 0/7, 0/21, Along With Power And Service Installations, As Well As Monitoring Of The Implemented Systems In Rooms No. 19 And 26.3. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Order (Previous Renovation Of The Premises Along With Part Of The Installation, Work Carried Out In An Active Public Utility Facility), The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After The Contractor Has Visited The Site. The Ordering Party Has Set Four Dates For On-Site Inspections, Which Are Indicated In Detail In Vii.3) Of The Contract. In Order For The Contractors Offer Not To Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Presence Of The Contractors Representative Is Required At Least One On-Site Visit. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of Devices Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Design Documentation (Annex No. 1B To The Swz) And Annex No. 1A To The Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Construction Of The Electrical Installation Supplying The Devices; 3) Installation Of Air-Conditioning Devices; 4) Construction Of A Refrigeration Installation For The Air-Conditioning System In Terms Of Connecting The Condenser Serving Room No. 0/21; 5) Assembly Of The Structure Supports And Covers For Outdoor Units;6) Making Holes In The Walls And Ceilings With Insulation Protection Of The Holes;7) Protecting The Existing Equipment In The Rooms During The Installation Of The Installation;8) Commissioning And Performing Functional Tests, Pressure Tests For The Refrigerant And Tightness Tests Of The Condensate Drainage Installation;9) Construction Of A Leak Detection System, Integrated With Air Humidity Monitoring In Accordance With The Design.5. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of: 1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex No. 1A To The Swz); 2) Design Documentation (Annex 1B To The Swz).
