General Provisions Regarding All Parts: 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Brand New, Complete, Full-Value, Unused And Free From Physical And Legal Defects Of Devices, Equipment, Teaching Aids, Fittings, Accessories, Software And Other Elements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz.2) All Products Offered Must Come From A Legal Source Of Distribution, Be Admitted For Trading And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And The European Union, And Also Meet Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Regulations, Safety Standards, Regulations Regarding Electromagnetic Compatibility, Environmental Protection, Energy Efficiency And Other Regulations Appropriate For A Given Type Of Product - If They Apply To A Given Product Range.3) If The Ce Marking, Eu Declaration Of Conformity, Safety Data Sheet, Attestation, Certificate, User Manual, Technical Documentation, Safety Documentation Or Other Document Confirming The Products Release For Marketing Or Safe Use Is Required For A Given Product, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Such A Document At The Latest With The Delivery Of The Given Product, Unless The Detailed Description Indicates The Earlier Deadline For Submitting Documents.4) All Devices, Ict Equipment, Software, Teaching Aids And Equipment Intended For Use In An Educational Institution Must Be Suitable For Use In School Conditions, Safe For Students And Teachers, Adapted To The Educational Purpose Indicated In The Opz And Enable The Implementation Of Didactic, Practical, Specialized Or Supporting Activities, In Accordance With The Intended Use Of The Product.5) In The Case Of Devices, Electronic, Computer, Multimedia, Software And Equipment Supporting The Teaching Process, The Solutions Offered Must Be Functionally Compatible With The Remaining Elements Of The Subject Of The Order, If Their Joint Use Is Specified In The Opz. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Proper Interaction Of The Delivered Elements To The Extent Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Order.6) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Minimum Technical, Functional, Operational, Qualitative Or Quantitative Parameters, They Should Be Treated As Limit Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows Products With Equivalent, Higher Or More Favorable Parameters To Be Offered, Provided That They Do Not Limit The Functionality, Compatibility, Safety, Availability Or Purpose Of The Product Specified In The Opz.7) Any Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source, Manufacturer, Model, Type, Catalog Number, System, Technology, Standard, Certificate Or Specific Technical Solution Used In The Order Documents Should Be Treated As Exemplary And Intended Only To Specify The Expected Quality, Functional Or Technical Standard Of The Item.
