1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Servicing Of Special Company Trucks Together With The Devices Installed On Them And Machines Belonging To Sgk Sp. Z O. O. Described In Detail In Annex 1 To The Contract. [Hereinafter Referred To Collectively As Vehicles].2. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Order Volume Is 1,000 Man-Hours.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Not Fully Use The Order Quantity As Well As To Increase The Estimated Number Of Man-Hours By A Maximum Of 30%.4. The Ordering Party Uses The Vehicles At The Headquarters And In The Ordering Partys Operating Area. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Change The Content Of Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, I.E. Replacing Individual Vehicles With Others And The Possibility Of Increasing/Decreasing The Number Of Vehicles, And Each Change Will Be Made By Written Notification Of The Ordering Party. The Notification Referred To In The Previous Sentence Will Be Tantamount To An Amendment To Annex 1 To The Agreement, Without The Need For The Parties To Conclude An Annex To The Agreement.6. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Comprehensive Maintenance Services In The Following Scope: A) Current Mechanical, Electrical And Sheet Metal Repairs, Tire Repair Services; B) Vehicle Diagnostics; C) Other Repairs, Modernizations, Replacements Indicated By The Ordering Party; [Hereinafter Referred To As: Service Services].7. The Contractor Ensures The Delivery Of Original Materials And Spare Parts And Components, Or Materials And Parts At Least Technically Equivalent, For The Purposes Of Vehicle Maintenance Services, For The Duration Of This Agreement.8. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed By The Contractor Within Its Own Service Network. 9. The Website Services Will Be Performed By The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Highest Professional Diligence, In Accordance With Applicable Law And Standards.10. The Website Services Will Be Performed By The Contractor According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of Separate Orders Sent To The Contractor By E-Mail.11. The Parties Agree That The Vehicles Covered By Individual Orders Will Be Delivered By The Contractor Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Cost And Risk To The Service Station Ordered By The Ordering Party, And In The Event Of Immobilization Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Undertakes To Transport The Vehicle To The Service Station By A Tow Truck. 12. The Contractor Requires That The Service Station Be Located No Further Than 30 Km From The Companys Headquarters (Ul. Wrocławska 8, 56-500 Syców),13. The Websites Services Will Be Performed By The Contractor In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And Must Meet All Requirements Arising From Applicable Regulations And Standards Regarding This Type Of Items. 14.
