Tenders Are Invited For Developing A Script And Comprehensive Production Of Audiovisual Material Regarding The Implementation Of The Małopolska Tele-Anioł 2.0 Project
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Production Of A Film Regarding The Implementation Of The Małopolska Tele-Anioł 2.0 Project. The Purpose Of Producing The Film Is To Promote The Implementation Of The Małopolska Tele-Anioł 2.0 Project By The Ordering Party, In Particular For Its Broadcast And Dissemination Via Audiovisual Means, As Well As Its Public Playback, Including During Conferences, Events, Training And Other Information And Promotional Meetings. The Action Is Aimed At Increasing The Level Of Knowledge Of Project Activities Among The Inhabitants Of Małopolska, Consolidating Małopolska As A Region Friendly To Seniors And Dependent People.2. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Incorporated Into The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Provided In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.4. The Ordering Party Specifies That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Copyright To The Performed Works To The Ordering Party And To Grant The Ordering Party A Non-Exclusive License Regarding The Music Constituting The Soundtrack Of The Material, In Accordance With The Contract.5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.6. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Małopolski Tele-Anioł 2.0 Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 6 European Funds For The Labor Market, Education And Social Inclusion, Measure 6.23 Social Inclusion - Projects Of The Małopolska Voivodeship, Type D: Telecare Services.
