The assignment involves assessing real estate market fundamentals for the Nouakchott waterfront, validating development scenarios across key asset classes, benchmarking against comparable frontier markets, and preparing residual land value analysis to inform potential World Bank investment in coastal adaptation and resilient urban infrastructure. The work will be informed by the Société dAménagement du Littoral de Nouakchott (SALN). Firms should have demonstrated experience in real estate due diligence and market analysis in West Africa, North Africa, and/or comparable frontier market geographies, with client-facing fluency in English and French.
