Tenders are invited for Insurance of the Plants and Products Interested Jordanian Insurance Companies, who wish to participate in the above tender and are capable of Insuring & Reinsuring KEMAPCOs above mentioned policies with Reinsurance companies classified according to minimum of the second group of the table classifying foreign reinsurance companies mentioned in the Central Bank of Jordans instructions on the solvency requirements for insurance companies for the year 2023 however, leader and high participating shares 10% and above has to be from the first group rated by A.M. Best and/or Standard and Poors and/or Fitch and/or Moodys rating agencies of no lower than (A-) , are invited to purchase the Tender Documents from Arab Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Ltd. (KEMAPCO) at the below mentioned address, starting Monday, 1st June, 2026 within the office hours from 9:00 am till 3:00 pm and subject to the following: Submission Tender: offers shall be submitted in sealed envelopes; the deadline for Tender submission is at 14:00 hrs. on Tuesday, 30th June, 2026 at Amman office of Arab Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Ltd. (KEMAPCO). Tenders received after this date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Tenders shall remain valid for 60 days from the said Tender Submission date.
