Expression of Interest for Consulting Services for National Consultancy to Design and Implement Training Programs for Village Water Boards with Gender and Diversity Approach in the Selected Beneficiary Local Scope of Services 1.1. Needs assessment and Training Conduct an initial assessment to identify current knowledge gaps and training needs in O&M, financial management, and water source protection, with emphasis on climate change mitigation and adaptation. Engage with key stakeholders to compile relevant existing resources, enabling the development of materials that build upon established work. Develop a gender-sensitive and culturally tailored training curriculum that addresses identified needs and aligns with local contexts. 1.2. Training Implementation Conduct training sessions covering effective O&M practices, financial planning, and sustainable water resource management, integrating climate change considerations and strategies to address drought, flooding, and forest fires. 1.3. Monitoring and Evaluation Develop a framework to measure training outcomes and participant progress.
