The services to be provided under this study shall include (a) Conceptual and Preliminary Engineering Design, (b) Engineering Surveys and Detailed Engineering Design, (c) Specifications, Tender Documentation and Investment Plans, (d) Environmental Studies and Facilities Management Plan (FMP).
