The firm must field a team of four (04) experts meeting the following profiles: - A Team Leader/Mission Chief: an expert in planning and monitoring & evaluation, holding a minimum of a Masters degree (BAC+5) in planning, economics, environmental studies, or an equivalent qualification; - a Climate Finance Specialist, holding at least a Masters degree (BAC+5) in Environment, Forestry, Climate Change, or any equivalent qualification; - an Environmental, Social, and Gender Safeguards Specialist, holding at least a Masters degree (BAC+5) in Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, or any other equivalent qualification; - a Specialist in the Development and Implementation of Digital Solutions (databases, software) for Project Management, holding at least a Masters degree (BAC+5) in Digital Solutions Development or any other equivalent qualification.
