Expression of Interest for Design of Channel Branding Elements for the RTB. 3. General Objectives General Objective No. 1: To design modern, cohesive, attractive, and distinctive on-air branding elements for the RTB television channels (RTB Télé, Télé Zénith, and RTB3), in order to strengthen their visual identity, visibility, and appeal to the viewing public. General Objective No. 2: To design modern, cohesive, attractive, and differentiated audiovisual content for the RTB television channels, in order to strengthen their visual identity, brand recognition, and appeal to the viewing public. 4. Specific Objectives Ø Regarding the design of channel branding elements, the aim is to: - analyze the existing on-air branding of the RTB television channels; - strengthen the distinct visual identity of each channel; - ensure overall consistency across the RTB Groups branding elements; - modernize the channels image in accordance with current TV branding standards; - improve the legibility, recognition, and memorability of the channels; - adapt the branding elements for television broadcast as well as for their digital iterations. Ø Regarding the design of audiovisual content, the mission will consist of: - analyzing the existing audiovisual content of the channels concerned; - strengthening the visual and graphic identity of each television station; - ensuring overall consistency in branding while respecting the editorial specificities of each channel; - modernizing the channels image in conformity with current audiovisual standards; - improving the legibility, recognition, and memorability of the channels among audiences; - proposing audiovisual content adapted for television broadcast and digital platforms. 5. Expected Results With regard to the channel branding design mission, the following results are expected: Analyses of the existing on-air branding for the RTB television channels are completed; The visual identity of each channel is strengthened; The branding elements of the RTB Group are harmonized; The branding elements are designed in accordance with current TV branding standards; The legibility, recognition, and memorability of the channels are improved; The branding elements are adapted for television broadcast and their digital iterations. Execution Timeline For each of the assignments, the execution timeline is sixty (60) calendar days. 7. Deliverables Regarding the branding design assignment, the consultant shall provide: Ø A diagnostic and analysis report; Ø A creative concept and artistic direction document; Ø The validated mock-ups and graphic proposals; Ø The complete set of finalized on-air branding elements; Ø A TV channel branding style guide for each channel; Ø Digital adaptations of the branding elements; Ø Source files (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.); Ø Final versions ready for TV and digital broadcast; Ø A branding usage guide; Ø A report on the validation workshop; Ø A final report incorporating observations resulting from the validation process. Deliverables shall be submitted in five (05) hard copies and in digital format.
