Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Feasibility Studies and Engineering Design of Sewerage and Sanitation Infrastructure in the Accra East Area The services to be provided under this project shall include: (a) preparatory and feasibility studies, including socio economic, technical, and institutional assessments undertaken; (b) preliminary engineering designs and related financial analyses and ESIA Scoping completed; and (c) final engineering designs, tender documentation, ESIAs and Facilities Management Plans (FMPs), and investment and implementation plans for sustainable sewerage and sanitation service delivery. The Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs (MLGCRA) now invites eligible consultants (consulting firms) to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
