Part 1 - Concerns The Ongoing Maintenance Of Green Areas In The Dąbrowa Road Circuit; The Scope Of Services Related To The Implementation Of The Order Under Part 1 Includes: 1. Mowing Grass And Weeds;2. Removal Of Self-Seeding Trees;3. Maintenance Cutting Of Shrubs And Hedges;4. Removal Of Bushes From The Roadsides. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In Volumes Ii - V Of The Swz. The Detailed Scope And Requirements Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), Bill Of Quantities (Pp) And In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiop), Constituting Annexes To This Specification Of Terms Of Order (Swz). The Quantities Of Works Given In The Offer Cost Estimate Are Indicative And Will Be Used To Determine The Offer Price, And In The Case Of The Most Advantageous Offer, To Determine The Approximate Value Of The Contract. The Size Of Individual Assortments Of Works And Services Will Be Commissioned In Accordance With Current Needs And Adequately To The Allocated Financial Resources, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Scope Of Works And Services In Individual Assortments. The Actual Amount Of Remuneration Will Be Determined Based On As-Built Measurements Of Works And Services According To The Unit Prices Set In The Contractors Offer.
